Scrip Cents

Scrip refers to gift certificates, or gift cards.  Our ScripCents program provides cards from HUNDREDS of merchants nationwide at a discount for us to sell at face value.  The difference is VUMC's profit. 

By ordering ScripCents, not only are you spared from becoming salespeople for a fundraiser, you do not have to purchase any items that you don't want or need.  Simply order gift cards and use them for what you normally buy - like groceries, restaurants, books, clothes etc. So, no more peeler cards, gift wrap and chocolate candy bars!   By using same-as-cash scrip certificates to make your normal purchases, you do not need to spend any extra money, AND VUMC earns a percentage from every purchase you make! Proceeds earned will help pay our General Operating expenses and Ministry Shares.

Orders are placed on the 1st & 15th of every month. You can place your order form in the offering plates with payment or bring to the main office.

Do you have a suggestion or comment for the Pastor, but don't really know how to make it known? The Pastor Parish Relations Committee (PPRC) can help. We, as a committee, are dedicated to providing support for the Pastor by keeping him informed of the thoughts of you, the Congregation, even when you are too shy or too busy to have a discussion with him about what is on your mind. Please feel free to contact any of the PPRC members who would be more than happy to assist. The members are:
