Hi. My name is Amber Morris. I am the teacher and director of Heart and Hands Christian Preschool. I graduated from Western Michigan University in December of 2008 with a degree in elementary education. I also have an Early Childhood endorsement and an Integrated Creative Arts minor. I am passionate about introducing young children to formal education. I believe every child can be a successful learner and it is my goal that every graduate of this preschool program will enter Kindergarten with confidence in themselves and above average academic readiness. My husband, Mark, and I live in Portage with our three children Emma, Josh and Molly. In my free time I enjoy reading mystery novels, playing games with my family and traveling. |
