Forms for the 2024-2025 School Year 

You can print these forms and turn them into the main office at the church or to Kelli Young. Contact Kelli Young with any questions at 269/649-2343 ext. 106 or at heartandhands@vicksburgumc.org

Attention Parents: If your student enrolls, you will receive a packet in August with all of the necessary forms to fill out and return at the start of the school year. Links to copies of a few of the documents are provided in case yours get lost. You do not need to print out or fill out any forms other than the registration form in order to enroll your child.
